Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Refund Policy

TM Housing Refund Policy At TM Housing, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that prevent clients from attending their scheduled appointments. In these cases, we offer a partial refund of the initial payment of $100 to clients who comply with all policies of the TM Housing program, attend all scheduled appointments within their first 30 days, and are not approved. No refund is approved if members fail to comply with our No Call No Show policy. Clients may reschedule an appointment and avoid the $50 No Call No Show fee by rescheduling a minimum of 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If a reschedule is requested inside of the 2 hours, a $50 No Call No Show fee will be added to the client’s balance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
