Homes For Rent

We have many rental homes available all over the  Houston area and surrounding cities. Becoming a member of our CHAP for Renters program offer benefits that make it possible to rent one of our homes that would normally disqualify you. CHAP members are guaranteed to be approved and this is why we strongly recommend our renters to enroll prior to starting their home search.  Since all of the rental homes are  individually-owned, the criteria for approval depends on the property and what that particular owner's criteria is.   For the most part, all owners will verify the following information as part of the application  process:

1.) Income- applicant must bring home at least 3 times the monthly rent requirement (CHAP covers)

2.) Rental History- no evictions within the last 3-5 years                                                             (CHAP covers)

3.) Criminal History- no felonies within the last 5 years                                                              (CHAP covers)

4.) Credit Score- the actual number depends on the owner                                                       (CHAP covers)

5.) Application Fee- $50 (non-refundable) for every lessee over the age of 18

6.) Deposit- typically equal to monthly rent (may require first & last month if the above criteria cannot be met)

To  view and/or apply for any of the rental properties, you must book a  home viewing appointment which are held Monday - Fridays only in office. During the  pre-screening process we will verify the above criteria and schedule home viewings to homes in your desired area (up to 10). One of our  realtors will take you out AFTER you have been pre-screened. You will be required to bring 2 Forms of Identification and  2 Most Recent Check Stubs as Proof of Income.
